whos going to try to get android

I was curious....whos going to put android on their Diamonds if they can??? i am definatly curious about this...if Android comes out for the diamond i will happily be the guinea pig for it

For one, a fire lit under Microsoft's AND Apple's ***. A free, freely modifiable OS which has any feature any user wants. Nearly instant security patching, a fully customizable UI, and open everything.

The development team? anyone who wants a feature or wants to fix something.

Fully open source. Apple no longer has the OS upper-hand and can no-longer strong-arm users into buying apps that they approve. Microsoft can no longer sit around and hold-back features that users want. They will HAVE to implement these features or they will die.

it's def. interesting with the whole open source thing. i'm positive there's gonna be all sorts of neat apps for phone, on the other hand, i'd probably install it on like a mogul or something. not my (touch pro) when i get it.

Oh, and you can already run it on your Diamond. The big news in tomorrow's release is that T-Mobile is basically letting the cat out of the bag. Once the phone hits a user's hands, Android will basically be able to be implemented on any phone with similar hardware specs.

that's great. like im pretty die hard WM. but android is SO promising. can't wait to see what people do with it when it hits the ground running. too bad it's on tmo.

Ive been reading around today and people seem to be pretty dissapointed...but once again let people get a chance to start writing things for it and we shall see.

i like windows mobile better. although android is suppose to be great untill i see it i will then make a decission. but until then i am happy with my windows mobile.
