Anyone on SERO upgrade online?

I currently have the Touch and I'm eligible for the $150 upgrade discount but I'm going to hold out for the Touch Pro. What I am wondering is if there are any of you Touch Diamond users that upgraded your phones online SERO users. If so, I just want to make sure it didn't affect your plan at all (since they recently got rid of SERO all together).

Me too... I did it online and made sure no changes were applied. But later I canceled because you can get a better deal if you call retentions and ask for a larger discount. i used the iphone excuse. I said... "iphone 3g is 200 dollars, you must give me something better than just 75$ or 150$. " Luckily they were nice and gave me a 250 dollar discount. yippy!

me too...i talked to order support yesterday and she was like how did you do that? you shouldnt been able to upgrade online lol

Can someone enlighten me as to what the discussion is? I know SERO is gone now, but what does upgrading online from SERO mean? Isn't the "everything" plan $59 or something? Are we talking about upgrading to a new phone and keeping the same $30/month charges for SERO?
