I am getting a replacement because the hard buttons don't work correctly. End call barely works and sometimes when I hit home, the call screen will come up. I'm hoping the replacement will be perfect because I actually want the diamond and not the pro.

Just to update: replacement phone fixed all my issues.

thanx,my phone looses internet conection all the time. all my settings are good. now my clock on original rom fell out of the box. sprint is baffeled.

I'm also getting a replacement. My phone won't charge. It's been dead since day 1. Got any Idea what it is?

Hey guys, just wanted to say that I've been doing this for a very long time and I cannot get the RUU downloader to flash the Sprint_Stock ROM on my device. It goes to 1% and then the device just resets and the RUU loader says it cannot connect to the PDA yet I've flashed every other ROM with no problems, and the RUU loader gets all the way to 1% before the device resets.

Don't know what the problem is, been doing this for a very long time so if it's something I'm doing wrong... I've been doing it wrong for years but it has worked for years. I am putting on the Sprint_Shipped ROM but I'm afraid that's not the correct version and they will not accept my phone from the sprint store.
