Possible to remove Opera and make IE the default browser?

I'll give you 2 good reasons to use IE rather than Opera.
1. Bank of America does not support mobile banking on Opera. I do a lot of mobile banking.
2. Opera can't seem to load Google Maps. I get lost a lot.

I use Bank of America in Opera almost every day, and i just downloaded that crazy google maps application to my phone. I know thats insane, but i just works better than the website
