Pic mail propblem with sprint diamond.

Ok I noticed this problem with my sprint diamond.

When someone sends me a picture mail and I select the save to phone option it saves the file as download.do no matter what the file is call it saves it as download.do when it should be filename.jpg on top of that, its not saving the pictures. Has anyone else had this problem? How do i fix it?

Not being rude but this is the htc raphael section and the htc touch pro (what it is called now with sprint) has not came out yet so no one in this section can help you. You might wanna try the htc diamond section.

Haha I mean yea I would love to have a sprint touch pro to help you with ya mms problem but imma have to wait til oct 19th. But this thread needs to be moved if a mod see this

What are you guys talking about? This isnt a touch pro (I have no slide out keyboard) this is only the sprint touch diamond. I clicked the picture of the sprint diamond on top and posted the thread. Whats wrong with that?

They look almost the same, but they are different. The one on the right of the vogue is the diamond. To help with your question, are you using PIE or Opera?

ohh sorry i clicked the one with the sprint logo on it... I figured it was the sprint one... I get the same result when using both opera and pie. I just called and talked to sprint tech support he had never heard of the problem I was having so he had me install a program so he could remote control my phone I took a video of it using my mogul I'm going to post the videos in a new thread in a few mins.
