Sorry, picture is horrible, can't even tell if it was painted or colored in with a sharpie, it's so out of focus and poorly lit.

Anyways, the Telus Diamond is physically identical to the Sprint Diamond, right? Looks like the Telus one has a Black battery cover. That could be a potential source for a black battery cover without having to void your warranty.

The first one I posted was blurry yes, but the others that follow it are not.

Uh painting my cover didnt void my warranty, the sales guy that took my phone in for exchange had no problem with it. And then I painted the new cover.
It's the same as applying invisishield in concept.

technically most stores wont exchange a painted phone, its a physically altered device which voids your TEP/insurance. I wouldnt suggest stating it as a blanket rule thats its not an issue because one rep did it for you- most wont. Invisishields are one thing cause you can peel them off and they know theyre just stickers.

It does look nice darker, but not worth fighting with a sprint store if it needs TEP work done on it. if there were replacement OEM covers available itd be one thing cause you could buy an extra OEM red one and pop it on. but you still have the red usb port and stylus. i dont mind the red its dark enough that it looks good.
