Diamond and car bluetooth issues

I managed to get a new car and this new phone all in the same week... lucky me! I had the moto Q9 synched before and had no issues with the phone working with my car's bluetooth. I have yet to get the Diamond to work after many tries. The car is a '09 MB with the Command system. Command sees the Diamond, the Diamond sees Command but when it comes time to enter the numeric matching codes to both, Diamond displays a message that the code is wrong or that it can't communicate to my car's bluetooth. Any ideas?

Give me your car and that will solve this issue.

have you tried selecting receive all incoming beams?
