Hey can someone tell me why my word completion or word suggestion dont work? I have made sure they were on in the settings but they dont work. word completion works in t9 but the word suggestion isnt working!

thats the plan I already have the shipping label they e-mailed it to me. I'm just gonna print it slap it on the box and send it back in about a week or so. Then reactivate my mogul and wait for the touch pro to come out and get it.
