how to hard reset sprint diamond

do u need press them all at the same time and do you need to hold it down ????sorry

The way I've found that works best when doing a hard reset is to do it in front a mirror and take the case off the phone.

Hold the phone upside-down in your left hand and maneuver your fingers to hold down the power, center (enter) button, and the volume down at the same time. It's kinda tricky, but not impossible.

Then when you're sure those are held down, use the stylus to press the reset button. Then if you hold your hand up to the mirror you can see it enter the bootloader screen.
