Sprint TV Conflict
I got this error.
Unable to launch Sprint TV. Multimedia support is already in use by another application. Please close any audio or video programs that may be running and try again. I did close everything. Any suggestions?

i am getting this same error. i have tried closing all programs. i have also done a soft reset as suggested. no luck. any other suggestions?
