yeah same here. also the RTN did absolutely nothing. isnt there a way to update ur vision username and password online, thus pushing the changes to your device?

I am not sure. Let me think for a minute if there was anything else that I had to do, or a step that I missed in my last set of deirections, that may help you get this.

not anymore, sprint recently took that away... do you know your EPST/M.IP Profile 1 settings?

Yeah, I cannot remember anything else that I did, sorry success. Though I have been getting very little sleep lately (less than 4 hours per night) because of my back problems (again) and I have been up for 21 hours already today...

Maybe tomorrow will be a fresh day for me...

i only know whats in the epst data section. active profile is 1. username is missing, all other fields are either blank or set to 0's.

i can guarantee you that Sprint support can give you the username and secret, though I cannot guarantee that it will work even with that in there.

i've got the same issues as you... no username either and i set active profile to 1... sitll nothing... so sprint is sending me a brand new phone... hit em up, they don't have refurbs so they are sendin newbies!

u do have Equip Protection right?

your data profile is stored in slot 1 of the M.IP profiles in EPST programming.
you can edit your Primary and Secondary Home Agents via ##PST# (under M.IP Profile 1)
you can edit everything else from ##DATA# or ##PST#
this information should be programmed OTA (over the air) but if it's not...
and u dont have it, then u hafta call tech support for the info... username, AAA secret, HA secret, etc...
once your set to profile 1 and it's got your profile info you should be able to get online.

Just tell sprint to reset the data on your plan. Or tell them to change your password or data username.
