Re: Who will be able to trade their phone through retentions?

Dear Badboy8813,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, the Account Spending Limit has been removed from the account
effective September 16, 2008. So, I have sent a HTC Touch Diamond
handset for you. I have also sent the return kit for the Palm Treo 800.

The regular price of the HTC Touch Diamond is $549.99 and the price of
the Palm Treo handset is $599.99.
The account will be charged $549.99 for the new HTC Touch Diamond
handset. We will adjust the charges for the Treo 800 handset once we
receive the Palm Treo 800 handset at our warehouse.
You will receive the handset and return kit within 3 to 5 days at your
mailing address.
We appreciate you contacting us. Have a great day!
Sincerely,
?,
Sprint

Re: Who will be able to trade their phone through retentions?

Unfortunately, I haven't had such luck. I've complained about the white spots, bluetooth issues, crashing, missed calls (as the phone wouldn't 'wake up' in time), etc.

They were offering me a discount on the Diamond but I wasn't able to get anything more out of them. I have replied back and hopefully they will give in....

I am trying to replace my Mogul with a Diamond.

I am eligible for $75 off (1 year), they wanted to give me another $75 ($150 off).

Wasn't worth it to me...

Yup, I definitely won't give up...though it's been hours since the last eCare response and they were much faster before. If I'm lucky, the next response may be all that I need.
