Re: TF3D Theme Webpage

the drop down box stays blank, which threw me at first, but there should be themes if you touch the dropdown arrow (if you've set the correct path)

hope that helps.

I,ve been messing with the "Dirty Paper" theme as well. It is not compiled into a ".theme" file, therefore it will NOT show up in TF3D Config.

I read on XDA that I could change the file extention from ".zip" to ".theme" and then it should work with TF3D Config. I'm using Total Commander to change the extension, however I haven't figured out how to make the new extension stick! lol any help?

Got it! loading Dirty Paper now!

locate Dirty Paper.zip using Total Comander, right click ..., um hold the stylus on the file to bring up the context menu, select rename, change the extention from "zip" to "theme" then click file>rename. that's it! Browse to the folder you hid it in using TF3D Config. select the folder hit OK and hit the drop down and there it is! FINALLY!

Change it from .zip to .theme on your PC/Mac before throwing on your Diamond

Cool! Un-loading Dirty Paper now!

I guess I like the mix-n-match method over the complete theme package method of tweaking my UI. I have tried a bunch of themes, but this one gave me trouble! It also had an odd face shot/flash of someone, maybe the author of the theme, lurking behind the windshield wiper animation on the weather tab. kinda spooky ...

Re: TF3D Theme Webpage

I tried the HTC Black theme using TF3D Config. After rebooting the whole TF3D interface is noticeably slower. Anyone else get the same?

I've reverted to default for now with the addition of the flip clock cab.

Re: TF3D Theme Webpage

I've noticed that the whole TF3d interface is noticeably slower when using a custom theme and thus why I am using the stock juicy rom theme right now. I'm not sure why that is but it really sucks because I can not stand the custom themes performance but would like to mess with them.

Hi - I tried copying this manila file over the same named manila file in my windows and then did a soft reset. It didn't work. Is there another way I should try installing it?

Re: TF3D Theme Webpage

Why is it that the only theme I can get to work is the Vondaphone? I open the other ones, however, they dont show up in the Path menu. The gold theme tells me that "Unable to open the archive. The archive may be corruped". Thanks in advance.

Try downloading them again. I have used the following successfully from the TF3D Config site:

Black Diamond
Lepoard
Black Carbon
Gold
Dirty Paper

I also found another site with themes on it and have used Hitman, Hitman 2, and an iPhone theme.
