well each store got 10 or so, so its not like they dont have any for themselves

How about training them to get the release date info correct. I called and chatted today a few times and was told something different each time. "try midnight, next week, 10 am tomorrow, Tuesday". ridiculous. I know you don't want a bunch of calls at once but this is crazy.

And thanks for the pics OP. Figures a claimed sprint employee chimes in with some negetive BS. Still proving what kind of crap attitude 90% of sprint employees have.

How was it negative? I was just confirming it came from a Sprint employee.

As for your first question, I understand what you are saying, but they have more than one phone to worry about, and most of them don't know the phone is released until it's in stores. It's the advocate that's supposed to keep the store up to date, and if they are slacking, the store won't know.
