How was it negative? I was just confirming it came from a Sprint employee.

As for your first question, I understand what you are saying, but they have more than one phone to worry about, and most of them don't know the phone is released until it's in stores. It's the advocate that's supposed to keep the store up to date, and if they are slacking, the store won't know.
