Dimensions, not all that thick?

So I was researching dimensions because I was shocked, like a lot of us seem to be about the dimensions of these phones.

HTC Touch Diamond thickness .45 inches (the same as my moto Q) (very thin)

HTC Touch Pro thickness .71 inches (not much thicker)

are these dimensions accurate for the Sprint Versions of these phones??

I have seen the pics of the Touch PRO and agree it looks HUGE, like my old Apache 6700. BUT if the .71 inches thick is accurate then it really isnt all that thick....

Someone please chime in...

.45 is for the GSM phone. CDMA is about .6.

The Pro looks so thick because it's short and narrow.

Re: Dimensions, not all that thick?

The pictures I have seen the pro is longer than the diamond.
I think the pro looks thick because it is thick.

Have you seen this? Both Diamond and Pro are puny compared to the Mogul:

Re: Dimensions, not all that thick?

They're all better than my 1st cell phone... and old Motorola with one of those green lcd-like screens... weighed a ton, was ugly, had horrible reception, horrible call quality, horrible battery, wasn't customizable at all, and did NOTHING but make calls.

It's a grand age we live in!

Re: Dimensions, not all that thick?

The mogul is a brick for sure and so is the pro. That was what stopped me from getting it and what is stopping me from getting the pro. Slap an extended battery in the mogul or the pro and you have a weapon that has to be registered with the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms for those of you not in the US).

Re: Dimensions, not all that thick?

This has been discussed so many times already...

There are posts showing size comparisons and exact measurements...

The Diamond is the same thickness as the current Touch, basically.

The Pro is 4mm thicker...
