It was because a year ago my wife and i went from seperate accounts to a family plan. and for some odd reason that reset the clock on my eligability.




on another subject for the people who ordered it on the phone. did they tell you that even with overnight shipping that it would still problably take 3-5 business days? i asked like 15 times if she was sure it was overnight and asked what would cause the delays, etc. kinda have me worried



also suprisingly enough i actually got the email today telling me the diamond is out....usually it i wouldnt get it until 2-3 weeks later

Yea, he mentioned that there might be a delay but it should get processed on Monday. There's probably a possible delay just due to the actual # of phone orders that the shipping group will be coming in to on Monday when they return to work. Only thing I can think of.

I got the notification email today too. But I still haven't gotten my confirmation email from my order. I'm assuming that probably won't come till the order gets processed tomorrow.

Same here. I'm assuming as soon as it gets processed we'll know. I guess that even though Telesales is working it doesn't mean they're doing anything in the warehouses til tomorrow.

I ordered online last night and got confirmation email right away.

I tried to order mine first thing this morning thru retentions becuase i had negotiated a deal with one of their reps way back in July. The lady i spoke to this morning didn't know how to put it on my bill becuase i have a spending limit.

I gave her the rep that i talked to in the past and she sent her an email to call me. But the thing is i still haven't received that call and im really tempted to call back to soo what a different rep can do.

The rep I spoke to this morning said that the Rep I spoke to back in July had the workaround listed in my account notes but it wasnt "available" for her? Then she told me she had to go speak to her supervisor then she came back to the phone and said "We dont know how to do this work around"

All I could think is are u kidding me?! If this phone goes on back order before i can order it i hope they plan to offer me some kind of other goodies because this is bull!

Well I finally got my order done through tele sales... After emailing ecare for about 8 time, I was able to get them to give me the phone for $300.00 dollars. (I had already used my upgrade credit to get the treo 800w and was past the window)... I basically put up and argument about things I didn't like about the phone, and knew the diamond would have.. So they let me get it for $300.00 for all of my troubles.

they will start processing orders as soon as the warehouse opens in the morning. lets hope they have enough for everyone who has paid already.
