Did you mean the Touch instead of the Mogul? I looked today and Mogul is 299 and Touch is not there...

no, but it must depend on the zipcode. san fransico only shows the touch. (edit; I don't remember the zipcode I used..)
dsm ia, shows both.
which reminds me. why does sprint do this? for a company that's always prided itself on nationwide.

I checked with a 94520 area code (east bay area) and shows mogul but no touch.. also the Treo 700wx is gone from the list.

... and now just rechecked with 94509 area and touch and mogul both there.. go figure.

I will go to a Sprint branch in SF before the end of the week. I'm curious to see what they will say.

Even if Sprint never communicated officially any date, I would like to know why they delayed it. Usually I don't like to buy a new product as manufacturer tend to reduce more and more the testing process. You may buy a product that will never work correctly. But as it's almost the same as european or the candian version, I hope I won't be disapointed.

I'm inclined to agree with a Sept 14/18 no matter how far behind us care agent's are we get a warning before phones go on sale, and they did give us our heads up for Tuesday and as I've said elsewhere no diamond. They have however updated our knowledge base to include the diamond info, so far just the users guide.

I work for sprint PR and on the sistem we got, that the Diamont will be avaliable on sept 2, we even have the diamont sku on the sistem !! if you have any cuestion just send me a messege

Dude! What are you so sick of? That the phone didn't come out when the bogus-internet-leaked info said it would? Are you kidding me? Sprint hasn't even done any advertising. At least they're acknowledging it exists when you contact them. I mean seriously...take a step back and look at the big picture.
