[GSM/CDMA][Android Donut Ports from HTC Vogue]

Hi everybody. I just wanted to share some quick Android Donut ports for everyone who is interested in this. I know, everybody looks for eclair builds but I managed to get some old Android 1.6 builds to work and benchmarked them. So I inlcuded Linpack benchmark for you to benchmark yourself. I get between 2.2-2.5 MFLOPS in Linpack. That'S quite good I think! If you are interested then follow the link and grab the compilation which includes 4(!) Donut builds (dl links are mirrored) ported quickly from HTC Vogue. This should also work on other devices such as Blackstone, Topaz and so on but i couldn't test it. You may test drive it, though. If enough people have interest then we will pick the most favoured build and tweak bugs + enable JIT if we can.

The builds contain rootfs and kernel from XDAndroid-project.

What were the source vogue roms you ported from?

As you may or may not know I am the author of both Warm Donut and Warm Eclair for the Vogue and did a stint with porting Warm Donut to the Diamond but never finished it.

I'd love to be able to get my latest Warm Eclair (see below) working on the Diamond too.

Got any tips for porting vogue roms over to the Diamond?
