I got mine replaced (Brand New) through asurion and had problems with the phone ever since. Since it was new, the replacements I got for it were done through Verizon. After the 4th one, I am now getting the Imagio for it. I am now going to be a happy customer. The phone is just awful. But if you go through 3 in a short time through asurion, they not only upgrade you, but send you a new one. ;]

i had forgotten about this post! sadly enough i'm STILL fiddling with my diamond in hopes of finding a way to upgrade the software!!!! ahhh. only 18 more days until my verizon upgrade!!!!!!!!! woohoooo!!! this has been the longest, most blood curdling 2 years of my life!!!
