data speeds drop by %50 with new roms

so i've been flashing my phone for years (mogul then diamond)... but in recent months i noticed this issue.. with older roms, 6.1 6.5, i get consistent 1mb+ data speeds... now with these newer 6.5.x (sense 2.1/2.5) roms; my speeds have dropped to a consistent .3~.5mb and it sucks.... anyone else dealing with this?

I've had this same issue too. Right now I'm using Mighty ROM 6 (Windows 6.5) and it's working well. If anyone knows a fix to improving network speed on the later ROMs it would be appreciated!
