change menu colors

i know there are several other post dealing with similar issues but they pertain to people using manila. i am using a mightyrom 4 victor i have a htc touch diamond i have alot of third party programs on my phone as well i am trying to find out if there is a way to add colors to your windows mobile menu....when u go to settings/today/appearance there is a list of about 4 or 5 colors and i have had several different themes that added different colors to that menu but i cannot seem to find a way to just add the colors without needing to add that particular theme to your phone....i have found a program called base hue editor that will let me edit the color of certain parts of the menus but other menus or scroll menus remain the color that is selected on the settings/today/appearance menu if anyone can help me out with this problem i would appreciate it..
