No, it's not new. It actually is in a new Alltel casing so it looks brand new. Not a scratch on it. The core phone is an original, not a refurb. Been running NFS's ROM along with Android. Loving it, no regrets giving up my TP2 to end up with a Touch..some will never understand that, but I know you do!
