PLease assist: stuck on Htc logo boot screen

rom: cesium's ClearROM v1.2 [Sense 2.5 | 6.5.x | 23544]

this rom is not loading properly.... once the htc boot screen shows.... i get an: {regqueurylockscreenloc kflag failed with error0 ; this operation completed successfully}... .... i removed battery restarted phone .. still the same thing... its not being recognized my sync so i can start over... i load many custom roms before and never had this is... this assist...thanks

1. Please search next time, there are about 980958709387209837 threads just like this
2. With phone powered off, trigger bootloader by:
-Press and hold Vol Down
-Press and hold Power button
3. You should arrive at the tri-color bootloader, plug the phone in to your USB port
4. The screen text at the bottom should change from Serial to USB - Make sure you see CMONEX listed at the top in the SPL version
5. Reflash a ROM of your choosing

I know I screwed up///// i posted this beofre looking and found the answer and fixed the phone ..thanks
