htc diamond touch cricket internet issues

i recently bought a htc diamond touch and the internet was working fine, i bought it from a private deaer so the phone was fully preflashed when i got it. i took it to cricket and had them transfer my number and all that to it, after that the phone goes to the internet but then i get a name,password and domain screen and then it says dialed #777 or something

what needs to be done to get this working, i have been to alot of places and they even tried to tell me that the phone doesnt get internet i know thats BS i took it to a corperate cricket store and they told me something needs to be put in to bypass or whatever that screen,

can anyone help me

username should be your 10digit#@mycricket.com
password should be cricket in lower case letters
domain should be blank and now save and that should be it

1st I want to ask why you didn't have the dealer program it for you? A couple more questions are you running a custom cricket ROM or using a WAP/MMS cab?
