ContactEditor.exe problem.

Hello all, I've searched and searched for a solution to this problem, but I may not be using the right parameters.

If I try to add a new contact via the Call History in Sense 2.1, I get the following error message:

found. If the problem
persists, try reinstalling or
restoring this file.

Any idea how I can correct the problem?
