Phone in Security Unlock mode for no reason...

My wife just came on Messenger and says that her Diamond is on a multi-coloured screen that says Security Unlock, and she can't turn it off or make it come on or anything. The phone was fine when we went to bed last night, and no one has touched it.

Why did this happen? How can she get the phone back to normal?
