CSouth Arcsoft MMS Settings

Well, I'm trying to find the settings for Cellular South's MMS server, so that I can put the settings into Arcsoft MMS. I've had no success with Google, or forum searches.

Could one provide me with the settings, or a link to a page with information on the subject?

Thank you for the response. I was hoping that wouldn't be the only option, since it may involve me re-locking and flashing my phone back to the CSouth Stock.
