HELP: Its wont turn on?

Nope the phone doesnt respond at all, also like i did soft or hard reset for many time but wont work.

Try taking the battery out for 10+ minutes, and then try to start phone.
If that doesn't work then this is what I think:

I did a little research, and it looks as if you have bricked your phone.
1) was your phone previously unlocked? (It must have been, you had a custom rom, right?)
2) is your device/carrier GSM? (I think this is yes, but I'm not positive)

If you answered "YES" to both these questions, then your device is almost surely bricked. Normally you would not be able to do this, but if your phone is unlocked, and you try to flash the wrong hspl, (either wrong device, or wrong radio,ie GSM/CDMA) it will kill it.
I am sorry to have to tell you this, but at least now you have an excuse to upgrade!!

Nope it doesnt work.

Yeah my phone is unlocked and GSM too.

So if my device is bricked, should i send my phone to mobile phone repair or HTC?

I have heard of others who HTC has been able to fix this issue.
This thread has a similar issue to yours and the OP was able to get HTC to fix it.

Is it possible to unbrick my phone?

Have you had any luck? I assume that since a little time has passed, you have either sent it in or gotten it fixed? Just hoping that you got an answer and also would like to know for future.

Are you sure your battery didn't take a crap on you? I had mine do the same thing and it was my battery that suddenly went bad.
