I am running a custom rom with 6.5 and manila 2.1 and I perfer manila over Titanium. HTC is currently working on manila 2.6 which is going to resemble touchflo on android. I'm sure they are working on something new. Look at the improvement from HTC Home Screen on the touch (Vogue) to Touchflo3D.
