Reflash the ROM

Could anyone please help me solve my dilemma. I am trying to flash my ROM on my Wing. I have unlocked the SIM but have been unsuccessful flashing the CID. Please any help would be nice. I just want it to run the 3G ATT service so I can tether it to my laptop. Thanks

You can tether the wing on t-mobile... what are you talking about??

He wants to connect to ATT so he can get 3g speed... I'm pretty sure if you head over to the herald forum on xdadevelopers they have a flash center that will bypass the cid lock and allow you to flash any rom you want on...they are pretty helpful so i would check there first honestly
