Access Error

Has anyone been getting an Improper Rights Error? Not Being able to download/install files either from the internet or from an sd card? My friend just got the wing, and it wont let him do anything.

hey me2. my friend has this phone and I keep getting errors trying to add the PHM Reg EDIT to it. Or any other files, Please help us!
