yeah i know what you mean i got it brand new from tigerdirect was almost 1k
usd so.... but i love it screen is gorgeous and 8 gig hd thing i dont like is one the plastic stylist the plastic they use to cover the bottom half of the screen gets scratched up pretty badly after normal useand i feel they should have included a belt clip and they need to work on the ati video drivers because movie play back can be hit or miss depending on the way you convert it but its a pretty good phone
