Exclamation Sprint Arrive pic mail issue

hey there everybody, i bought my new arrive phone this morning and after setting it up, i was not able to receive picture mail. it would shows the message and attachment but the picture would not display after downloading it. if you run into this issue, i troubleshooted with sprint and come to find out that it was an OS issue. we had to hard reset the phone (Under Settings, About and select Reset) and it worked after the reset. just an fyi if someone runs into this issue. the sprint rep. told me that there are some known issues at the moment and they have an open ticket with htc

UGGHH! too much excitement didn't even think of that. Haven't had any problems yet though.

There's that Sprint Tile that contains some Sprint specific apps like NFL, Nascar, and Radio. If you hard reset it, you would lose them, because Marketplace doesn't even have a download for the Sprint stuff (not that it's any good anyways).

there's not really even anything in there yet it says coming soon on alot of things. I don't think a hard reset would get rid of it. It would get rid of everything else installed or synched past that point.

Hard reset should restore back to factory as in the way it came out the box. So all pre-installed stock app will still be there after a hard reset.

I also have seen several sprint spectrum inc apps in the marketplace.

Re: Sprint Arrive pic mail issue

I had some problems sending mms but no problems receiving. Might be related to the tower maintenance issues around here tho cuz my data is funny overall

Re: Sprint Arrive pic mail issue

Videos can only be sent through email,Facebook and the like, not through MMS, however tho sprint's network at this point is too weak to support it.
