Re: Is there GPS program (non data) for this?
Nope, I haven't heard anything yet. I'm waiting for this too. I don't really use it much, but its nice to have. I would even be happy if Bing Maps would work like Google Nav...because right now it sucks for navigation.
I'm not sure if they're waiting for more API's to open up by MS or what. I'm sure they would have to make the maps downloadable within the app though since there's no real way to copy them to the storage. The other thing they're probably waiting on is multitasking. Right now, if the screen locked, the app would be suspended, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Re: Is there GPS program (non data) for this?
I actually just read that Navigon might be coming soon. I have it on Android and it works pretty nice. There's a European carrier that ships it on all their phones and I guess its on their WP7 phone, so they know it works. Hopefully it'll be out soon.

Yah I am hoping to see it soon.
For WM6.5 there are tons of GPS programs for this phone. The other thing is, do you think GPS maker are doing away with smartphone GPS program and rather that you buy stand alone GPS unit? |

I know some are doing away with smartphone apps, like Garmin. I think Navigon will keep doing it and CoPilot. TomTom might be slowing down or dropping out since they have standalone units.
Navigon is pretty nice on Android though. I like it better than CoPilot. |

of course they will do away with such programs to make more money, they may even charge for the service in the standalone units if they already havent started that yet.
