AAAAAAHAHAHAhahahahahahahahahahaha....it WORKS! My 3rd rom with my 1st OEM.

There were a few problems I noticed.........but nothing major.......I put in POP and IMAP settings but it didn't fill them all in. I had to go in there and finalize each email account setup.

It put all my files where I wanted them put, but it didn't assign the sound file I had included to the system event I had selected. Maybe because it tried to assign the wav file to the event before that file was actually put on the device? Same thing with my ringtone. But it assigned my theme ok.

My military splash screen graphics work fine! No more ugly green/blue windows mobile screen.

Got my 4GB mem card today. OOoorAAhhhh

OEM for HHC

Has anyone been able to put together a workable OEM for the HHC? I have tried several times with no real luck. If this cannot be done I am fine with it, but would be nice to have it if it could be done.

Newb needs help with OEMizer

I am new to this. I've built the OEM and it saves in my USER_OEM folder but when I go to BuildOS in the Kitchen I get this in my log file. I can't find an explanation anywhere. Any help?

So I am planning to play with this over the weekend. I had a few questions to start with and appreciate any response.
1.) Can OEMs built by one person be used by another? If yes, there should be a collection of these on some FTP site - right?
2.) In case I am not so great at using this OEMizer, worst case is that I have install all these cabs from an SD card - right?

TIA!

1) they could, but OEMizer is to build in your personalizations-Your personal info, tweaks and settings. It also will allow you to create OEMs of programs that you want to build in. I doubt there are any on the FTP site, because of their personal nature.
2) Yes.

Re: Official Personal OEMizer Thread

WE'RE BACK!! Nice.......

If I "remove" asn OEM from my kitchen by deleting the folder it's stored in, is there something that I have to edit then to remove references to it? I deleted an OEM folder, and now when I load up my kitchen it tells me it can't find the OEM that I deleted.
(Does that make sense??)

This is more gguruusa's question to answer, but I ran into it using OEMizer and making new versions of my personal OEM. I believe the GUID is stored with the selections.txt file. When you run build OS and it reloads the selections.txt it is looking for a GUID that isn't there. My fix was to load the default, and create a new set of my selections from there.
