Apache on a Windows ME machine?

I was just wondering if the Sprint version of the Apache can be synced with a windows ME, or, worse, a windows 98SE computer? No, I don't live in a shack in the woods and no one is playing the banjo on my front porch. My new computer is an Imac and I'm guessing that the apache will not sync with it. Although, I seem to recall a Mac program that would allow a regular PPC to sync.

Sprint PPC-6700-Some have a red and black logo and some have a yellow logo. Is one better than the other?
