Viewing Pictures via PIEPlus

So I must be doing something wrong. I installed PIEPlus v2.2 - I ran the CAB File indicated. I still cant seem to view the pictures the old way. I have AKU 3.5.

Is there anything else i need to do?

I had to remove it from the sticky because it wasnt getting any visability.

Please advise!!!!!
