Idea has already been discussed over and over, And every time it has been generally decided that yes, it is indeed BS.
the 6700 does not emit RF, at least not enough to form a signal anywhere similar to the key-less entry remote that ANY car would use. The 6700 Does on the other hand have IR, So although it makes a S**tty Car Remote, it can make a decent TV one... To sum it up in a nutshell, If you ever manage to get your phone to emit just the right RF signal to unlock a car, There is a better chance of there being a god, and by extension, a Hell, and that hell would freeze over before you ever get it to happen again... XD
