Phone calls

hello eveyone. I have a problem (n i know im not the only one with it), I'm just hoping some one knows the solution.. when I receive a call or a text message sometimes, my phone screen goes blank white or the bar where start menu is the only thing that will show up then everything underneath it is blank white and then when I slide the phone the only thing that rotates is the bar.

Also today omg I restarted the phone like 10 times today. I noticed when I'm using the headset and the phones on vibrate is when I noticed it happens a lot more.

does anyone know what causes that? man I'm getting sick of this phone

[this is my 4th ppc, tomorrow makes one year since i had a ppc]
