You need a registry edit software. Reg Edit can be found everywhere. You put the software on your phone. Open software. select from the list of folders much like "Windows file explorer" open the string as shown and at the very end there will be text at the bottom of the reg edit software. When you select the correct text another page will open that contains the area that you change. Be very careful you have the correct one open. Then you can change the text and save. Which changes the way the phone will opereate. So don't do it wrong. Or your phone will BLOW UP. Kidding. But you will be in a mess. I always write down what the box originally said, just in case you have to go back and put the default value back in. There are a lot of reg edits available. With enough searching, and may I emphasize "SEARCHING" you will find anything you need. I have a policy to search for two solid days (and I am an excellent driver) before I post a request. It's amazing what you learn when you go out and do it yourself.

So I wasn't sure if i should just put a 0 there or not. I'm holding off till I find out. Thanx anyone.....
I HATE THAT 777 BOX!!!
Works in WM6, Just change the 8 to a 0 and you are good...

I asked a VW tech about this in store... and the thing is, if you plan on ever using picture msgs u have to connect with the VZ crap... So... does this still let that happen? i mean i'm worried about accidentally grabbing the net from them and getting a 1k bill haha
