I'd say so... not only in this thread but in general... low volume has been a problem with this device since its onset 2 years ago... there have been numerous threads over the years and though ppl swear up and down they are making any changes to the volume, it appears to be more mass hypnosis and myth than any real solution.

There is not much else you can do. Changing to the 13k codec instead of the default (if you are on sprint) helps a tiny bit but is a non-trivial setting to get to and change. Cranking the in-call volume to max helps a little bit. Using wired or wireless headphones works the best, sadly. |
