sirius help

I get locating in the media player. I get a error that it can't open file. I have looked at all searchs and get no where. Any ideas?

I have installed and tryed both 2.0.1 and sirius ce. With both I get logged in. I get channles. I then select a channle. It will then open media player. Media player errors out with a can't open file error. What am I doing wrong?
