Whats the deal with HTC Home Plugin Sound Scheduler

Whats the deal with HTC Home Plugin Sound Scheduler?

The reason I ask is that I set my phone to silent, and it seems to re-enable the ringer a couple of hours later...really embarassing at work when a crazy hip-hop mp3 goes off in the middle of a meeting, considering I muted it hours ago...

The HTC Home Plugin has a scheduler icon for sound..however I can't find anywhere to change those settings...any help?

That functionality does not work. Messing with those options can cause bizarre ringer behavior, so I suggest just hiding the tab altogether (you can use the Home Customizer app from emunutz to do that--look in the software forum here).

There are newer versions of the Home App that have fixed profile functionality, but so far they are not compatible with the Apache.

Thanks for the reply...I noticed that when I sync my lotus Notes with my phone that the syncing process automatically turns my ringer on...sounds crazy but I have watched it happen three times since yesterday. Active Sync doesn't make it happen but the IBM/Lotus Notes sync application triggers it...wierd..
