These days human receptionists are an endangered species, so I am often needing to type in extensions on the keypad. This is especially problematic while driving; I can hands-free voice dial, but I then have to focus on the keypad to enter an extension. There is also the additional problem of having to know the extension to type it in!

Are there replacment dialers that address this issue? Does MS Voice Commander 1.6 address the issue?
This feature was working perfectly on my verizon 6700 before i upgraded to wm6. Now it does not work anymore. Any idea why ?
