there is also another listed with WM6 Helmis Custom saying "
Phone has Windows mobile 6 preloaded, Works perfect, no crashes, no problems" even though we have a page of things that could be improved or corrected. dont get me wrong the ROM is AWESOME

Heck I was one of the few (under 50) people in the country to purchase the SCH-i760 through verizon last friday. My Verizon XV6700 is on there right now too LOL... I even put a line about ppcgeeks.com in the selling point saying how you can update it.

The guys on this site are not your tech support nor should they offer updates for your sales. Be careful telling people how to break their copyrighted software, and then pointing them back here.

Guys, appreciate the vigilance but there's nothing wrong with that listing. Selling an Apache device with WM6 preinstalled is fine. What we don't want to see is someone selling the WM6 upgrade itself (e.g. selling a link to the download or a CD with the files on it).
