stuck in WM splash screen

Hey I recently upgraded to WM6 and everything on my Apache has been running fine. It just froze so I just soft reset it. Now it's stuck on the green splash screen. Any suggestions?

Mine just did the same thing.

Looks like time to reload WM6.

You can either hard reset or flash again. I suggest installing a safemode application (search - there are several available).

This happened to me this morning too. I did a hard reset and restored a back up from yesterday. I have Sprite backup run every night so I always have a fresh backup ready.

Another thread is convinced its from the HTC today plugin. If you need to manually reset they're saying over there to shut off that plugin first.

I also am having this problem and have reloaded WM6 a few times. I'm now ready with my safe mode app (Don't use Ilauncher as it doesn't show the plugins when in safe mode, I'm now using Monocube Safe Mode 2 which shows the plugins and which you can uncheck and restart" and with regular backups.

Just had to hard reset my WM6 phone. I had my phone plugged in the the computer, it froze while getting an MMS message... I did a soft reset with it still connected to my USB .. then I went into the "stuck in WM6 splash screen" mode... even after 10 or so soft resets and waiting more than 5 mins after each reset.
No problems though, it's worth it to get to play with a new ROM.

you know, this has happened to me several times, (meaning, even after several hard resets). ...would work fine for a while, then it happens again. This, plus the fact that I can't get my voice command incoming notification to work, I may just have to go back to aku 3.5

TinMan, you're saying that it eventually comes back if you wait? Thanks.
