Windows Live Messenger causing hanging at windows mobile screen on soft reset in WM5

Ok all, this is in reference to another thread that was discussing hanging on windows mobile boot screen in WM6.

I am having issues after setting up Windows Live Messenger. The setup goes well and everything works nice, until I do a soft reset. Then I get stuck on the boot screen that displays the "windows Mobile" screen. I have tried setting up the roms differently using Helmi's kitchen and have flashed several different roms to my phone and they all have the same results.

Here is what I have done:
I have cooked several roms using Helmi's lateset WM5 kitchen. I included the Windows Live services from the kitchen.

The roms work perfect and very fast until I do the messenger setup. I can run the rom with no issues and i can succesfully complete several soft resets.

BUT, once i setup Windows Live Messenger, it sets up fine, and works very well. It integrates onto the Today screen nicely and all seems to be well. BUT, once I do a soft reset, I get the hang on boot.

I have to do a hard reset just to get the phone out of the boot hang.

I do not have the HTC Home plugin in any of my roms, so its not the HTC home plugin.

I can definatley say its something with messenger, cause i can install everything else with no probs, but as soon as I setup messenger.....it screws up.

Can any one give me advice as to what to do to fix this? Also, can anyone else confirm they are having the same issues?
