Tether on LAN
Does anyone know how I can tether my phone and not have to disable my LAN to get it to connect. I tried setting my LAN's gateway to the phones IP but still no go. Thanks.

I believe MS won't let you sync your phone over a network/internet because they want you to use an MS exchange server for the privilege... which is short sighted in a typically MS sort of way.
Obviously you should be able to sync your phone to your computer from anywhere in the world.
