Not flaming here, but the chances of you getting 4 units that all have the exact issue is really slim. I'm banking on it being a user problem. If this is the case, getting a mogul won't help.

It doesnt even slow down at all. I'll be doing anything from adding an appointment to ending a call and the phone will just freeze. I soft reset, and BAM!!! no boot
I have a bad feeling sprint might dump me. I know they do it for call centers, but IDK about phone replacements |
